Provided enterprise risk assessment improvement recommendations and conducted enterprise risk assessment training.


Global PaymentS Company

Led a series of projects to implement a global ERM program, including enterprise risk assessments, risk appetite development, product risk assessments, risk quantification and merger integration planning of the global risk function.


Global Diversified Technology Company

Assisted a global company with operations in more than 150 countries with a multi-year ERM and risk management transformation effort. Assisted with more than 30 risk management related projects addressing major aspects of an ERM and risk management program, including multiple risks assessments, an international corruption risk assessment, incident management, and business unit level risk assessments and ERM process implementation.


Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

National Cyber Security Division - Led the development and implementation of the National Critical Infrastructure Protection Plan for the information technology industry and the development of key risk assessment tools and risk appetite for the National Cyberspace Vulnerability Assessment Methodology.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) - Led a risk modeling and analysis project to quantify the risk of failure of the IT Infrastructure for CBP. The project included a risk assessment of the IT infrastructure to identify and document issues and analyze associated business and operational risks.


Fortune 100 Distribution Company

Led project to conduct the enterprise risk assessment, including an in-depth analysis of each of the top risks, assessment of risk management effectiveness, developed of risk mitigation improvement plans and established governance roles and responsibilities for the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, and Operational Risk Committee.


United States Agency for International Development (USAID)

Led the development of USAID’s Public Financial Management Risk Assessment Framework for evaluating internal control procedures and risks of donor recipient country ministries. Also led the development of the Supply Chain & Logistics Internal Controls Evaluation (SLICE) process that evaluates strengths and vulnerabilities in the supply chain, quantifies levels of inventory mismanagement, and recommendations to strengthen supply chain controls chain from the point of entry into the country to the end-user (Port-to-Patient).


Large Nonprofit Organization

Developed the enterprise risk assessment process used by all subsidiaries across the US.  Assisted regional entities conduct risk assessments for their respective regions.  Developed risk models to help estimate inventory shrinkage at donation processing facilities and consider potential mitigation controls to reduce inventory shrinkage. 


Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

Provided ERM services to develop a more robust VA ERM program, including desired future state evaluations of VA’s risk management capabilities, the gaps between the current and desired future state and a roadmap for the implementation of six improvement initiatives. Led a Risk Sensing project to identify new and emerging risks.
